Mike has been in the professional fitness world since 2014 when a college internship turned into the start of a career. Originally going to school for Physical Therapy, Mike decided to change his major to Kinesiology, specializing in Sport and Exercise Science. He started his fitness journey as a personal trainer. 6 years, 3 gyms, and a lot of learning, led him down the path of sports massage and athletic rehabilitation.
